Final Project
Due Monday May 15 at the end of class (11:15).

On May 8, May 13, and May 15 we will meet in the computer lab in Meister G17 to work on the final project. (May 8 and May 13 are required classes. May 15 is the make-up day for the snow day earlier in the semester. I won’t take roll, but I will be in the lab to offer help if you want to work on your project).

For this project, you will revise and annotate your ENG 11 research paper.

Step 1: Revise your final paper. In deciding how to revise, take into consideration Julia Rodas’ comments on the final draft you submitted to her to her in ENG 111 and use your own critical thinking skills. Proofread your work carefully.

Step 2. Select ten spots in the paper you want to annotate, meaning you want to provide more information, through linking to a relevant website. Find the websites. In selecting websites, make sure to determine that they offer reliable information and are appropriate to submit for a college-level assignment.

Step 3. Cut and paste your paper into a post on the CUNY Commons site and select “Final Project” for the category.

Step 4. Place links to the websites at appropriate places throughout your paper.

Step. 5. Illustrate your paper with at least 3 images that help develop or illustrate your argument.

Step 6. Read two of your classmates’ papers and leave comments, explaining one thing you learned and one thing you enjoyed about their papers.
